I Wasn’t Using That 4th Amendement Anyway

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Well, unless the cops smell marijuana. Or hear something that sounds like ‘destroying evidence’. The only good bit of news from this frankly terrifying decision is that Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s still got it going on.  Too bad she was the lone dissenter (really, Sotomayor and Kagan?)
